The route
Short on time, not on quality. Instead of a new lodge every night, you base yourself for three nights on a working farm in the Karatu highlands and drive out to a different park each day.
It is the easiest way to add a safari to a Kilimanjaro climb, a business trip or a week on Zanzibar.

A short safari that still keeps our two-night rule: one lodge in the green Karatu highlands, three parks within reach. The first is Tarangire, on the way in, with its elephant herds and baobabs.
